Senior Fitness & Wellbeing

About

Our senior sessions are designed to keep people active, connected and confident in a supportive, welcoming environment. Through regular, low-impact exercise, participants have reported significant improvements in their physical health, mobility and overall wellbeing, alongside better management of long-term health conditions. Just as importantly, the sessions tackle isolation, bringing people together to form genuine friendships and a strong sense of community. What starts as a fitness session often grows into much more. From group theatre trips to shared experiences like climbing Mount Snowdon, our seniors continue to challenge themselves, support one another and enjoy new adventures together.
