Female Boxing Sessions

About

Our female boxing sessions provide a safe, supportive and empowering space for women and girls to build strength, confidence and resilience. Led by female personal trainers from the community, the sessions are welcoming, inclusive and designed for all levels. They focus on fitness, technique and mental well being, helping participants improve their physical health, release stress and build self belief. For many, it’s more than just a workout, it’s a space to feel strong, capable and supported alongside other women.
